Day #3 - My Spanish Teacher (and Class Participation)

So, you may not know this, but I am a junior in high school. I have hopes and dreams of going to good colleges, looking at Wake Forest right now, although my extracurriculars are not so good. Anyway, back to the point.

I have a 4.007 GPA, weighted I think, but still pretty good. I am doing fine in some of my classes, including an AP English and some other courses, yet I have one class that sucks ... Spanish.

While yes, it is only Spanish 3, not AP Spanish 6 Heritage or whatever they call it, it is weighted so that I need to do well in that class in order for my GPA to stay above 4.0. However, this Spanish teacher of mine is an awful teacher. I am an introverted person, so as you can imagine, having to go to school everyday is draining enough, let alone what this teacher has me do. Also, my ADHD affects my learning skills, but I take medication for that.

So everyday, she demands eye contact from all her students for the full hour long class. If I don't stare into her eyes all period, she marks me down and takes points off my class participation. This gets me very annoyed.

Also, she wants me to speak and answer a question every day. This is manageable for me in every other class of mine, but not Spanish class.
My class is filled with many try-hard overachieving freshman. They somehow know Spanish fluently,  or something like that.

I try to answer questions, but being how I am introverted, and not Spanish or fluent in it, I often take time to try to formulate an answer, yet by the time I am ready to move on, one of the try-hard freshmen answer and the class moves on.
This obviously puts me at a huge disadvantage, and lowers my grade.

I just wish that education today was more geared to equally educate extroverts and introverts, not force introverts to "fake it till you make it"

Rant over for now, but Obama, do something good for once and make public schools allow introverts to participate in new ways such as writing down their thoughts and answers during class.
Till next time ....

Day #2 (Bad Businessmen)

Okay, so I have a short rant for y'all. I was walking around Positano, Italy, when I saw a street vendor set up. He was selling air soft gun shots to break bottles to get a prize. He was charging €5 (5 Euros) for 12 shots, but I only wanted to do 1 shot, so I walk up and ask if I could get just 1 shot for 50 cents. There has been no one at his stand for at least the past 15 minutes, but yet he says no to my offer, and asks me to pay 5 Euro for 12 shots. This is the type of person that I hate, he is one of the things that annoy me and probably annoys everyone else. He just refused business to his only customer for probably 1 or more hours.
Thanks for reading :)

Day #2 (Internet Problems :/ )

Something happened to me today, I was browsing the internets, like always, when I suddenly couldn't load the page. At first I thought it was just a mix up, but then after 2 minutes I still couldn't load anything, so, I tried to load the CNN web page, since that never has downtime, and I still couldn't load anything. At first I thought that the internet went out, but I tried my phone and my LTE could load data, but not my home connection. Which confirmed my suspicions: I was ddosed.

For those of you who don't know what ddosing is, here it is in a nutshell: someone gets your IP address, (read more here), and then they use a botnet or even a simple IP stresser to flood your internet network with packets. There are so many packets, and you can't stop them, and they shut you out of your internet, and make you go offline. Kinda sucks, right?

Anyway, this leads me to my rant: I hate kids who ddos people. They think that they can go around and knock people off their internet and not get in trouble. Let me tell ya, in America ddosing is illegal, you will get arrested/fined for it! So, stop using your mommy and daddy's credit card to buy a booter and deal with problems maturely. What if you got ddosed? Would you like it?

Day # 1 part 2 (obnoxious guy)

I am sitting here in an italian hotel posting some ads on instagram, like the one you saw which brought you guys here, when this guy started coughing and obnoxiously clearing his throat. It has gone on for a good 10 minutes now, and I can't go anywhere else, since this trashy hotel only has wi-fi on one floor. I just hate when people are so loud and annoying, I just want peace and quiet for once.  Anyway, I would take a picture of him to show you guys, but he would probably see me take the picture, so I'll wait on that one for now. This guy defiantly grinds my gears, pisses me off and the whole nine yards. Get him out of my hotel, I wanna browse in peace and quiet! Thanks so much for reading and please share this to your friends if you feel inclined to! Peace-
